DUAL GAS (click on the image for larger view)

Available on the ST55 and ST3000 models, the dual gas feature allows quick and easy interchange between two gases by front panel selection or remote control. Swap between reactive and inert gases with minimal pump out time. New to this option is variable ratio mixing - do away with premixed bottle mixtures or complicated control systems, mix two gases in any desired ratio by simple front panel or remote adjustment.

DUAL FILAMENT (click on the image for larger view)

Extend the duration of your deposition runs, or protect against unwanted filament breakage with the DUAL FILAMENT option. Smart circuitry detects failure of the first filament and automatically switches to the second filament whilst maintaining all pre-set parameters. Visible indicators warn the operator that the second filament is in operation. Available on the ST55 and ST3000 models only.
